If you feel your skills and ambitions fit, please send us a resume and your thoughts on what you would add to our business.The Senior Buyer’s responsibility is to manage and maintain accurate purchase orders, coordinate with Operations and Planning to procure and expedite materials and ensure timely order fulfillment. Oversee all shipping and receiving activities, including verification of incoming materials and preparation of outgoing shipments and transactions. Cultivate strong cross-functional partnerships to support production schedules, R&D orders, resolve supply issues, and keep material flow aligned with demand.The Buyer is responsible for end-to-end procurement, supplier management, and material availability to support a fast-moving manufacturing operation in Eastleigh, UK. This experienced role combines strategic purchasing with hands-on operational responsibilities, including shipping, receiving, goods-in inspection, inventory accuracy, and daily support of, but not limited to the planning, manufacturing, R&D, and quality teams. The Buyer also collaborates closely with the US-based Supply Chain Manager for alignment on global sourcing, strategy, and performance.The ideal candidate will have the skills and expertise to deploy, configure, maintain, and monitor all active network and computing equipment, ensuring seamless operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving issues, implementing security measures, proactively managing our IT infrastructure, and using Python scripting to support and develop production automation tools that improve efficiency and streamline operational processes.Symetrica is looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Qualified CIMA Financial Accountant to join our finance team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Southampton office, reporting to the CFO.

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, all rounded software engineer with extensive application and embedded development experience to join our talented and dynamic software engineering team.We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven U.S. Federal Government Sales Manager to expand Symetrica’s presence across the U.S. homeland security sector. In this key role, you’ll focus on building a strong sales pipeline, managing capture activities, and achieving ambitious sales goals.You’ll bring proven experience selling to U.S. Federal agencies—particularly the Department of Homeland Security and Customs and Border Protection—and ideally possess deep knowledge of the CBRNe market, with emphasis on radiation detection and identification solutions.If you’re passionate about advancing technologies that help protect the United States and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
