About The Role
We are looking for 4 creative and detail-oriented Design Interns to join our team for an upcoming content development project. The interns will work closely with the design and content teams to create and format high-quality educational materials.
This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in digital and print design, educational content development, and Adobe InDesign.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and format educational content and learning materials as per project requirements.
- Work primarily on Adobe InDesign for designing and formatting project content.
- Support the design team in creating layouts, illustrations, and visual elements.
- Ensure consistency in fonts, spacing, alignment, colours, and overall page layouts.
- Make design corrections and updates based on feedback from the team.
- Follow project-specific design guidelines and templates.
- Coordinate with content developers and designers to meet project timelines.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the design process.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop.
- Prior experience with Adobe InDesign is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good understanding of basic design principles, typography, layouts, and visual composition.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand instructions and incorporate feedback.
- Good time-management and ability to work within deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new tools and project-specific design processes.
Candidates with limited or no prior experience in Adobe InDesign can apply. Project-specific training on Adobe InDesign and the required design processes will be provided by our team.
Eligibility
- Students, recent graduates, or candidates pursuing/completed a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Candidates who can commit to the full-time internship for approximately 4 months are preferred.
- Hands-on experience working on a real-world educational content project.
- Practical exposure to Adobe InDesign and professional design workflows.
- Experience working with content and design teams in a professional environment.
