Multiskilled Technician

- Attend and resolve day-to-day maintenance service requests
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across the property
- Inspect and maintain public area fixtures, fittings, and equipment
- Support electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and polishing works as required
- Assist the shift in-charge with scheduled maintenance activities
- Ensure all work is completed safely and as per operational standards
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and operational issues
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Engineering Manager or Shift In-charge
