About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with 2–4 years of experience to build scalable, performant, and user-friendly web applications. You'll work with modern technologies including React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Experience with AI agents and backend technologies (Node.js/Python) is a plus. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, responsive design, and staying current with frontend trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React
• Write clean, maintainable code using TypeScript with strict type checking
• Build and optimize UI components using TanStack (React Query, React Table, etc.)
• Implement modern, accessible designs with Tailwind CSS
• Collaborate with backend developers and designers to translate requirements into code
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving code quality standards
• Debug and resolve frontend issues, optimize performance, and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Work with version control (Git) and follow CI/CD best practices
• Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
• Stay updated with latest frontend technologies and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of professional frontend development experience
• Strong proficiency in React (hooks, state management, component lifecycle)
• Solid understanding of TypeScript (types, interfaces, generics)
• Experience with TanStack libraries (React Query, React Table, or similar)
• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Experience with Git version control
• Familiarity with REST APIs and API integration
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approach
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with debugging tools (browser DevTools, etc.)

Good to Have (Optional)

• Experience with AI Agents or LLM integration in frontend applications
• Backend knowledge with Node.js or Python
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Jotai, etc.)
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
• Experience with design systems or component libraries
• Familiarity with Next.js or other React frameworks
• Understanding of GraphQL
• Experience with web performance optimization
• Knowledge of accessibility (a11y) standards and WCAG compliance
• Experience with Storybook or similar documentation tools
• Familiarity with Docker or containerization
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Portfolio or GitHub projects showcasing frontend work

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
