Responsibilities

Carrying out the Preventive Maintenance (PM)
Attending the Breakdown Maintenance
Carry out Predictive Maintenance
Support for Robotics and Automation
Continuous Improvement Support
Spare Part intimation to the respective team
Maintain 5S in the respective areas
Documentation & Reporting
Daily activity report via E-mail.
Prepare , submit and present weekly report on performance KPI metrics
Breakdown report , corrective action and reduction plan.
PM abnormalities tracker
Energy, Cost and Safety Improvement

Qualifications

Only Diploma in Mech/Elec

Essential Skills

Automotive equipment knowledge(BIW, Paint, Assembly,PWT). Maintenance domain knowledge , carrying out Preventive and Predictive Maintenance
