Responsibilities

  • Carrying out the Preventive Maintenance (PM)
  • Attending the Breakdown Maintenance
  • Carry out Predictive Maintenance
  • Support for Robotics and Automation
  • Continuous Improvement Support
  • Spare Part intimation to the respective team
  • Maintain 5S in the respective areas
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Daily activity report via E-mail.
  • Prepare , submit and present weekly report on performance KPI metrics
  • Breakdown report , corrective action and reduction plan.
  • PM abnormalities tracker
  • Energy, Cost and Safety Improvement

Qualifications

Only Diploma in Mech/Elec

Essential Skills

Automotive equipment knowledge(BIW, Paint, Assembly,PWT). Maintenance domain knowledge , carrying out Preventive and Predictive Maintenance

Maintenance Engineers 3 Diploma (Electrical) 5+ years Automotive

  • 2 Shifts Operation – Vehicle Assembly, PTI, CIW and Bus Assembly
  • 3 Shifts – Paint Shop (24/7 Operations)

Robotics & Automation Engineers 1 Diploma (Electrical & Electronics, & Mechatronics) 5+ years Automotive 2 Shifts Operation – Vehicle Assembly, PTI, CIW and Bus Assembly

Engine and Transmission Test Beds Maintenance Engineers 1 BE/Diploma (Mech/Electrical) 5+ years Automotive 2 Shifts Operation

Desired Skills

Analytical skills, report preparation and communication, should work in shifts
