- Develop and maintain a rolling 18-month site forecast aligned with the sales forecast
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Packaging, QC, QA, and QM) to ensure seamless day-to-day business operations.
- Analyze back-order products, provide actionable insights, and work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and clearance.
- Prepare and maintain site-specific MIS reports, including Service Level, Volume Absorption Tracking, and Failure-to-Supply analysis.
- Drive cross-functional coordination meetings to ensure uninterrupted product supply across Quality, Sales, and Operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate capture of all finished goods updates in the designated tracking systems.
- Partner with manufacturing sites to support the preparation of Annual Budget and Latest Estimate (LE) plans.
- Support material planning activities to ensure optimal inventory availability and supply continuity.
- Perform predictive inventory analysis to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and support proactive supply chain decision-making.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) BA - Required
- Master Degree (MBA) MBA - Preferred
- 5 years or more in 5 - 8 Years
