The position

We're looking for an experienced Quality Analyst to join FYI. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring new features and product enhancements are delivered to the highest quality standards before reaching our clients.

Working closely with Product and Engineering teams, you'll take ownership of testing across new AI capabilities, automation features and platform enhancements. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, identifying risks early and contributing to the delivery of world-class software in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and maintain high-quality testing across new features, AI capabilities and automation initiatives.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams to understand requirements and ensure solutions meet functional and quality expectations.
• Identify, investigate and communicate defects, working collaboratively to support timely resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by strengthening testing practices, quality processes and product reliability.
• Champion a quality-first mindset, helping ensure every release delivers an exceptional client experience.

About you

• Ability to work in a fully remote capacity. 
• 3+ years' experience as a Quality Analyst within a SaaS or software development environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality software.
• Experience working within Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience applying context-driven software testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and build strong working relationships.
