Key Responsibilities

Annotate and label images, videos, and other visual data for machine learning and computer vision projects
Create accurate bounding boxes, polygons, segmentation masks, keypoints, and classifications based on project requirements
Review and validate annotations to ensure high-quality data standards
Follow annotation guidelines and contribute to continuous improvement of labeling processes
Work closely with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to understand data requirements
Manage and organize annotated datasets and maintain annotation records
Perform quality checks and resolve inconsistencies in labeled data
Support dataset preparation for model training, testing, and validation

Required Skills

Experience using data annotation tools such as CVAT, Encord, or similar platforms
Good understanding of image and video annotation techniques
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
Ability to follow annotation guidelines accurately and consistently
Basic understanding of computer vision and machine learning concepts
Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

Experience annotating industrial inspection, manufacturing, or computer vision datasets
Familiarity with object detection, segmentation, and classification use cases
Basic knowledge of Python and data handling is an advantage
Experience with quality review or annotation team coordination is a plus

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Relevant annotation experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
