Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing Analytics | Mumbai

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing Analytics to lead our analytics strategy and drive business impact through advanced analytics and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive Sales & Marketing analytics roadmap aligned to business goals
• Lead advanced analytics & AI initiatives (GenAI, NLP, Image Analytics) from POC to scale
• Translate insights into actionable business outcomes and track ROI
• Govern analytics portfolio and prioritize high-impact initiatives
• Partner with leadership teams and present executive insights
• Manage external vendors and ensure delivery excellence
• Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team
• Drive scalable data platforms and standardized analytics solutions

Experience:

• 8+ years in Analytics/Data Science
• Strong exposure to Sales & Marketing analytics
• Experience scaling AI/ML solutions
• Proven stakeholder and team leadership skills
