We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining company services, and maintaining regular follow-ups. The role requires good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build professional relationships over the phone.

Freshers are welcome to apply, and candidates with previous telecalling, customer support, telesales, or business development experience will also be considered. Basic knowledge of smartphones, calling applications, and data entry will be helpful. Candidates should be comfortable working with daily calling targets and maintaining accurate customer records.

Key responsibilities include contacting leads, answering customer queries, sharing relevant information, scheduling follow-ups, updating call details, and supporting the team in achieving business goals.
