Senior Product Manager - International Expansion

ClickPost

Role: Senior Product Manager - International Expansion [US]

Department: Product

Location: Bengaluru [On-site]

Experience: 5+ YOE

About ClickPost:

Since 2017, ClickPost has been the post-purchase intelligence platform that turns logistics complexity into a competitive advantage for the world's leading retailers, including Walmart, Nykaa, Mars, Adidas, Bluestone, GIVA, Kapiva, and 450+ brands across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North America. Through a single API, our platform manages tracking, exceptions, and returns across 600+ pre-integrated carriers, with AI allocating every shipment to the optimal carrier and resolving delivery issues before orders fail.

And we're not standing still. We're actively building the agentic layer for post-purchase, from AI voice agents like Parth to a growing suite of agents that resolve delivery exceptions, confirm orders, and recover lost sales. This is real, in-production AI, live with customers today.

We process 50M+ shipments every month, helping brands cut failed deliveries and "where-is-my-order" queries while converting more returns into exchanges.

We're one of the rare companies operating at the intersection of cutting-edge AI, enormous scale, and a brand respected across the global SaaS and e-commerce world. Our core values of transparency, continuous learning, ownership, and speed, plus a team that includes several ex-startup founders, make this a place that's both fast-moving and rich with opportunities to learn. Our vision is to become the global standard for post-purchase intelligence, where logistics complexity never limits a brand's growth.

About the Role:

You will lead ClickPost's international expansion charter across product, strategy, and GTM. You'll have full autonomy over product strategy, positioning, and roadmap for the US market, working closely with sales and marketing to land and retain e-commerce/DTC brands.

It's a B2B2C role: you build for brands while enhancing the experience of their end customers.

What you'll do:

  • Own product strategy for the US - Research the market, run deep competitive teardowns of incumbent post-purchase & returns players (their APIs, pricing models, and funding mechanics - not just their marketing pages), and define positioning and a roadmap tailored to US/DTC brand needs rather than porting the India playbook as-is. Decide what to build, what to localize, and what to skip - including simplifying your own proposition when a competitor's design proves the market wants less configuration, not more.
  • Ship as an IC - Write detailed PRDs with numbered, prioritized (P0/P1) requirements, edge-case decisions, success metrics with guardrails, and phased rollout plans. Run sprint ceremonies and work hands-on with design, engineering, and QA daily. Prioritize ruthlessly and make calls without waiting for consensus.
  • Drive GTM - Collaborate with your sales & marketing counterparts to drive GTM. Build pitch narratives, battle cards, and demo flows. Join enterprise sales calls, run product demos yourself, and respond to RFPs. Feed win/loss insights back into the roadmap. You should be comfortable closing, not just building.
  • Build onboarding and support processes - Design the customer onboarding journey for US brands (integration, configuration, go-live), define SLAs, and set up support workflows that work across timezones. Retention is your metric, not just activation.
  • Lead AI innovation for the US market - Identify where AI genuinely improves the post-purchase experience (agentic buyer support, return-reason intelligence, refund decisioning, delivery-delay prediction) and where it's hype. Build LLM-powered features, prototype your own agents, and use AI tools daily for research, competitive analysis, and spec-writing to multiply your output. Equally important: know when NOT to use AI and defend that call.
  • Own the numbers - Track MRR, pipeline conversion, activation, retention, and churn for the international book. Instrument the product, run funnel analyses, and let data kill or scale features. Report progress against expansion targets to leadership.

What we are looking for:

  • 4-5+ years in product management, ideally with B2B SaaS or e-commerce exposure. Prior 1→10 or building products for the US e-commerce market is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable as an IC - You enjoy the craft: talking to users, writing specs, unblocking engineers. You don't need a team under you to feel senior, and you thrive when the problem is ambiguous and the playbook doesn't exist yet.
  • Can sell what you build - Confident pitching to CXOs and heads of e-commerce at US brands. You treat sales calls as user research and can handle objections on the fly.
  • Metrics-first - Fluent in SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, CAC, churn) and product analytics.
  • AI-savvy with judgment - You understand how LLMs work, their failure modes, and cost/latency tradeoffs. You've built or shipped agentic/LLM features, or at minimum built your own agents and workflows. You can articulate when AI is the wrong answer.
  • Flexible on logistics - Comfortable with regular US-timezone calls and occasional travel to the US for customer meetings and events.

What You Can Expect:

  • Ownership and autonomy: You'll own and drive problems end-to-end, with no micro-management.
  • Culture: We value speed and expect you to move fast and stay updated with the latest in ML and AI. People grow extremely fast at ClickPost when they focus on impact and take initiative.
  • Our team thrives on transparency.
  • Compensation: Competitive salary plus performance bonus.

Benefits:

  • Health insurance
  • Generous leave policy
  • Learning and development budget
  • Team events and company offsites
  • Company laptop and devices
  • Maternity and paternity benefits
