About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Application Support Analyst with expertise in Angular, .NET, Azure DevOps, and enterprise application support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and maintaining business-critical applications while contributing to development, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role requires strong technical skills in full-stack application development, production support, CI/CD automation, and incident resolution within a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Operations
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for enterprise applications.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and production issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure application availability, reliability, and performance.
- Support change, release, and deployment activities.
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using Angular.
- Develop and support back-end services using .NET Core/.NET Framework and C#.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Manage source code repositories and branching strategies using Git.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment efficiency and release quality.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and infrastructure teams.
- Contribute to application modernization and automation initiatives.
- Document technical solutions, support procedures, and operational runbooks.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Application Support and Software Development.
- Strong experience with Angular (latest versions) and TypeScript.
- Strong experience in .NET Core/.NET Framework, ASP.NET, and C#.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience using Git and modern source control practices.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
