About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead end-to-end social media management for multiple brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content planning, client communication, campaign execution, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.

2. Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans.

3. Manage multiple client accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.

4. Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to ensure timely execution.

5. Monitor content performance and prepare monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.

6. Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

7. Manage client communication, conduct review meetings, and ensure timely delivery of commitments.

8. Plan and execute influencer collaborations and social media campaigns

9. Maintain content quality, brand consistency, and platform best practices.

10. Guide and mentor junior team members while ensuring smooth workflow.

11. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.

12. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

14. Experience in content strategy, campaign planning, and client handling.

15. Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics tools.

16. Strong organizational and time management skills.

17. Ability to manage multiple brands and work in a fast-paced environment.

18. Basic understanding of paid advertising is an added advantage.
