Sales Intern
Being Company
Location: Hybrid, Indore
Internship Duration: 3 -6 Months
Compensation: Fixed Stipend + Commission on Conversions
We're looking for a Sales & Outreach Intern who has done outreach before, enjoys finding the right people to talk to, and knows how to start a conversation that doesn't feel like a pitch.
You'll work directly with the founders — researching target businesses, identifying what's broken or missing in how they market themselves, and opening doors to real conversations. This is not a passive, observe-from-the-corner internship. You'll own a daily target and have real skin in the game through commission.
What You'll Do
Research
- Find and shortlist target businesses across real estate, hospitality, and education
- Study how they market themselves online, their website, Instagram, ads, reviews, and how they compare to competitors
- Identify what's broken or missing and put it into a clear brief before anything moves forward
Outreach and Writing
- Write personalised messages for every prospect from scratch, referencing something specific you actually found
- Run a structured follow-up sequence until you get a clear yes or no
- Every message gets written fresh, no templates, nothing generic
Execution and Coordination
- Work with the design team to get the right assets built for the right prospects
- Build pitch decks when a meeting is booked so the founders walk in prepared
- Keep the tracker updated daily so nothing falls through the cracks
- You've done cold outreach before, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, anything, and you have something to show for it
- You write well, clear and direct, the kind of message a real person would actually want to read
- You enjoy researching businesses and can quickly spot what's working and what isn't
- You're the kind of person who gets things done without needing constant direction
- You're comfortable with a structure where part of what you earn depends on what you close
- Fixed monthly stipend plus commission on every client you bring in
- Real, end-to-end involvement in how a creative agency wins new business
- Direct work with founders from day one, not a side project
- Work that teaches you research, strategy, writing, and client thinking all at once
- A team that's building something and actually cares about doing it well
