Position Summary
Specialist Assistant Manager, Learning Facilitation and Coaching
Specialist Assistant Manager, Learning Facilitation and Coaching will facilitate technical learning experiences for adult learners across Python, SQL, Advanced SQL, and PL/SQL topics. This role supports Deloitte Technology Academy by delivering practical, business-oriented training that helps learners build applied technology capabilities. The role also contributes to curriculum development and training effectiveness across technical upskilling programs.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Learning Facilitation and Coaching on the Deloitte Technology Academy team, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitate technical training sessions on Python, SQL, Advanced SQL, and PL/SQL for adult learners.
- Deliver instruction on Python programming concepts including control statements, built-in functions, loops, structured data, file handling, exceptions, modules, packages, and functions.
- Teach object-oriented programming concepts and Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Deliver training on advanced SQL and PL/SQL topics including data models, schemas, normalization, joins, subqueries, aggregation, cursors, dynamic SQL, collections, and performance tuning.
- Develop and deliver practical examples, demonstrations, and end-to-end learning scenarios that connect technical concepts to business applications.
The Deloitte Technology Academy (DTA) will be a leading-edge, branded educational institute that develops new age digital skills, offering a comprehensive cross-business curriculum, blend of solutions, dedicated faculty, and strategic partnerships that differentiate Deloitte as the premier organization for technology skills development. When operating at full scale, we expect DTA to train tens of thousands of learners annually in critical technology skills including AI, Cloud, Cyber, custom development, and package technologies.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of corporate training experience in Python, SQL, Advanced SQL, or PL/SQL
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
- Experience delivering technical training to adult learners using business-specific examples and implementation-based scenarios
- Experience developing curriculum or learning materials for technical skills training
- Experience delivering technical demonstrations to support learner understanding
- Experience teaching advanced SQL and PL/SQL concepts
- Experience connecting technical concepts to live project or real-world use cases
- Facilitation or trainer certification
- Experience with data warehousing, extract transform load (ETL), Databricks, PySpark, or cloud concepts
- Market-recognized certifications in Python, SQL, database, or cloud technologies
- Experience delivering in-person training sessions
