About the Role
ProcessManager – Corporate Salary plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and compliance of sales processes within the Corporate Salary vertical of Retail Liabilities. Based in Mumbai, this role is responsible for conducting quality checks, analyzing sales data, and implementing process improvements across geographies. The incumbent will work closely with internal teams to uphold sales hygiene, prevent fraudulent sourcing, and enhance customer and organizational effectiveness. This role also involves managing teams indirectly and driving performance through structured scorecards and mystery shopping initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct sales quality checks, including random call-backs from recorded lines to verify accuracy of sales and sourcing.
- Set and monitor Sales Quality (SQ) targets across teams and geographies for both core and cross-sell products.
- Design, build, manage, and review processes impacting internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business teams to ensure alignment with sales and process quality goals.
- Develop and implement a mystery shopping framework to assess and improve sales practices.
- Create and execute processes that enhance customer experience and organizational efficiency.
- Review processes across locations to ensure adherence to sales quality and hygiene standards.
- Analyze sourcing patterns and identify employees attempting to bypass established processes.
- Develop and implement scorecard-based performance tracking for APOs (Assistant Product Officers) and APMs (Assistant Product Managers).
Education
- Graduation: Any discipline (Full-Time)
- Postgraduation: MBA / PGDM (Preferred)
- Experience in sales quality, process management, or compliance within retail banking.
- Prior exposure to managing or influencing large teams across multiple locations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process lapses and implement corrective actions.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to design and manage performance metrics and scorecards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity and attention to detail to prevent fraudulent sourcing and RCU (Risk Control Unit) issues.
- Leadership capabilities to drive hygiene checks and process adherence across teams.
