Manage day to day network administration as part of our Global Network Team.

Coordinate maintenance and planned changes with service providers and remote customer locations.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues on our Global SDWAN platform (Cisco Viptela & Meraki)

Troubleshoot and resolve issues on our Global firewall platform (Palo Alto & Fortinet)

Troubleshoot and resolve issues on our unified WIFI network infra.

Troubleshoot issues related to Data Center & Cloud connectivity

Manage tasks on NAC (Cisco ISE) platform.

Work with service providers and identify any deficient service levels to remote locations.

Continually monitor and enhance monitoring coverage of critical service and Network Devices.

Operate as part of the team running the operations 24 x 7 x 365.

Ensure KPIs and Service Levels are within the defined range.

Interact with end users to understand issues and provide solution.
