Content Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Content Manager - Medical Content to drive the development and management of high-quality medical and healthcare education content. The role will involve working closely with doctors, medical educators, subject-matter experts, and content teams to create clinically accurate, relevant, and learner-friendly content for medical students and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end development of medical education content, from topic identification and content planning to review, editing, and final publication.
• Work closely with doctors, medical faculty, and subject-matter experts to develop clinically accurate and evidence-based content.
• Review and edit medical content for accuracy, clinical relevance, clarity, structure, and consistency.
• Convert complex medical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging learning content for the target audience.
• Develop and manage content across formats such as articles, notes, MCQs, clinical cases, explanations, study material, video scripts, and other digital learning formats.
• Build and maintain medical content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content as per business and product requirements.
• Identify gaps in existing medical content and proactively recommend new topics, formats, and learning resources.
• Coordinate with medical editors, writers, faculty, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth content execution.
• Establish and maintain content quality standards, editorial guidelines, and medical review processes.
• Ensure content is aligned with current medical guidelines, standard textbooks, and credible medical literature.
• Monitor learner feedback and content performance to identify opportunities for improving content quality, relevance, and engagement.
• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in medical content, medical education, healthcare publishing, medical writing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical concepts, and healthcare education.
• Experience working with doctors, medical faculty, or medical subject-matter experts.
• Excellent medical writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
• Strong ability to assess the clinical accuracy and relevance of medical content.
• Experience creating content for NEET-PG/NEET-SS/FMGE/MBBS or other medical education platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify factual, clinical, and contextual inaccuracies.
• Good project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects and work effectively under tight timelines.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring a team of content writers/editors will be an advantage.
