- Utilize Oracle manufacturing and inventory planning applications for efficient project management.
- Manage databases, bill processing, invoicing, and collection follow-up using accounting software systems.
- Develop automated reporting tools to enhance productivity and streamline forecasting processes.
- Lead project estimation, planning, tracking, scope control, risk management, and status reporting initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project executions, billing activities, and warranty management.
- Drive business strategy through market surveys, financial modeling, analytics, and forecasting for optimal growth.
- Provide expertise in financial modeling, analytics, and forecasting, ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate resource planning, cost estimation, budget development, and cost control.
- Enhance billing operations by identifying process gaps, performance inefficiencies, and implementing cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and improve budgeting processes, financial projections, and forecasts to drive revenue growth.
- Engage in front-end project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of client-based projects.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and tax compliance tasks while ensuring timely delivery and accuracy in client servicing.
