Zoho Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and build portals with reports and dashboards as needed
• Create a roadmap for development and prepare iterations for approval and tracking
• Own the entire development life cycle from concept to production as well as support
• Maintain proper code documentation and use best practices for version control.
• Recommend and follow best practices when building custom solutions in Zoho.
• Provide Zoho end-user support, including training where required, to the business teams and customers.
• Engage with business stakeholders (internal and external) when required.

Qualifications/ Skill-set:

• Knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho suite of business apps
• Programming skills (Zoho Deluge, Core Java, HTML, CSS)
• Well versed in creating customer portal, HTML page views, creating dashboards, creating reports
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using Deluge.
