Job Summary

Baanyan Software Services Inc. is looking for motivated and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiters / Business Development Executives to join our US IT Staffing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, marketing IT consultants, building strong vendor/client relationships, identifying suitable job requirements, and contributing to revenue growth in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other sales platforms.
• Market bench consultants with various work authorizations, including H1B, OPT, GC, and USC, to vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
• Identify suitable job requirements and submit qualified consultants within required deadlines.
• Coordinate with recruiters and consultants regarding availability, interviews, submissions, and onboarding.
• Utilize job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, recruiters, and implementation partners.
• Track and follow up on submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain a strong understanding of US work authorizations, including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC.
• Develop knowledge of US employment/tax terms, including W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Work toward individual and team targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation/Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Ability and willingness to work in the US night shift (06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience in US IT Staffing, Bench Sales, Recruitment, or Business Development is an advantage.
