Position Summary

Selected Candidate is responsible for all Scaleup, Pilot Plant, technology absorbance activities & transfer of NPD projects to Kilo lab, Pilot scale as well as commercial scale and deliverables. If a required team will design the equipment mapping, PFD, P & ID activities at third party as per project needs.

Responsibilities will include:

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible to prepare BMR format for new product master card receive.
  • Ensure all necessary safety precautions while performing tasks of production department.
  • Ensure timely calibration of all production instruments.
  • Raise all kind of production departments’ resource requirement to Manager – Pilot Plant
  • Generate the Engineering data from scaleup lab to minimize the risk failure at the commercial scale.
  • Batch Planning and Execution as per production plan.
  • Responsible for creating work environment of “teamwork “in pilot plant.
  • Responsible for maintaining effective housekeeping in department.
  • To Implement cost effective measures in the pilot plant
  • Implement measures for improving department efficiency.
  • Maintain all documents as per GMP compliance.
  • Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
  • Follow all the SOPs of the department.
  • To provide training to workers and employees
  • Raw material and packing material management as per requirement of production plan.
  • Preparation of daily production plan as per monthly plan
  • Preparation of Planned vs. actual production variance report and submission of it to Manager - Pilot Plant
  • Responsible to generate PCS & delivered it to IPQA for BMR generation.
  • Ensuring BMR data filled properly by team and preparation of TI on daily basis; after that submit it to QC team.
  • Responsible to feed all required BMR data into SAP
  • Comply with applicable environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations, company policy, and accepted safe work practices

Education

B.E Chemical/M.Sc. Chemistry

Experience

5 to 7 years
