Your Role - Job Role

As a SAP WFS Consultant, you will :

Gather and analyze payroll business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Design and maintain payroll schemas, rules, wage types, payroll functions, and operations.
Configure payroll processes, time evaluation integration, and statutory payroll requirements.
Work closely with Employee Central consultants to design end-to-end HR and payroll solutions.
Support payroll control center activities and payroll process optimization.Perform payroll testing, parallel runs, UAT support, and go-live activities.
Troubleshoot payroll processing issues and provide production support.
Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, integrations, and data migration activities.
Ensure payroll compliance with country-specific statutory regulations.

Your Profile - Skills Required :

6-12 years of overall SAP HCM experience.
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Hands-on experience with payroll data migration and cutover activities.
Strong understanding of statutory payroll requirements and compliance processes.
Experience in payroll testing, reconciliation, and parallel payroll runs.
