We’re Hiring: Associate – Business Operations

Are you someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, keeping things moving, and making sure customers get what they need on time?

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate – Business Operations to manage the end-to-end dispatch of physical study materials and ensure a smooth experience for our learners.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily dispatches of books/study materials and ensure >97% on-time dispatch adherence.
• Track shipments and proactively communicate delays or issues to learners.
• Handle and resolve learner escalations across email, chat, and other support channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of learner queries.
• Work closely with vendors, logistics partners, and courier teams to resolve operational issues.
• Track inventory and plan dispatches based on stock availability.
• Manage support tickets through platforms such as Freshdesk.
• Use Excel/Google Sheets and G-Suite for tracking, reporting, and communication.
• Analyse dispatch and escalation trends to identify opportunities for process improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a similar function.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• A learner/customer-first mindset.
• Experience with Freshdesk, Excel/Google Sheets, or Tableau will be an added advantage.
