Job Title: Manager

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

 Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, direct outreach, and talent mapping, to source high-quality candidates.

 Identify and engage with candidates from competitors and relevant industries to ensure a diverse and qualified talent pool.

Talent Pipeline Development

 Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.

 Develop strategic relationships with potential candidates to ensure ongoing engagement.

Collaboration

 Work closely with recruiters and the Head of Talent to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

 Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements and candidate profiles.

Screening and Evaluation

 Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

 Provide detailed candidate evaluations and recommendations to hiring teams.

Employer Branding

 Promote the company as an employer of choice through engaging content and outreach initiatives.

 Utilize social media and other platforms to enhance employer brand and attract top talent.

Data Management

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.

 Generate reports and provide insights on sourcing activities and candidate pipelines using Excel and other tools.

Market Research

 Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and market conditions to identify potential recruitment opportunities.

 Conduct talent mapping to identify key talent and market insights. Operational Support

 Work closely with the COE Lead and team to support operational aspects of the recruitment function.

 Assist in process documentation, reporting, compliance tracking, and coordination of recruitmentrelated activities.

 Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help streamline sourcing and recruitment operations

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in North America sourcing/recruiting roles, focusing on sourcing.

 Strong experience in candidate sourcing within the Ai/IT services/solutions industry- for non-IT functional areas, leadership hiring, and sales leadership roles.

 Proven ability to manage large-scale recruitment processes and support complex hiring needs.

 Ability to respond effectively to detailed job requisitions and recruitment needs from internal stakeholders.

 Highly organized and proficient with recruitment tools and technology.

 Effective communication and relationship management skills with candidates and hiring managers.

 Ability to foster and maintain positive partnerships with clients, candidates, and internal teams
