The Precast Erection function shall be responsible for planning, monitoring, and execution of precast erection activities in accordance with approved drawings, erection methodology, project specifications, and EHS requirements. The function shall ensure safe lifting, handling, positioning, alignment,temporary bracing, joint treatment, grouting, and final fixing of precast elements as per approved procedures. The role includes coordinating with planning, survey, QA/QC, crane operations, logistics, and subcontractors to maintain erection sequence, monitor productivity, verify dimensional accuracy, resolve site execution constraints, and achieve planned erection targets. The function shall ensure availability of lifting equipment and accessories, maintain erection records, monitor quality and safety compliance, and facilitate timely completion of precast works in line with approved construction schedules.
