The Precast Production function shall be responsible for planning, monitoring, and execution of precast production activities in accordance with approved drawings, production schedules, project specifications, and quality requirements. The function shall oversee mould preparation, reinforcement placement, embedment fixing, concrete casting, curing, de-moulding, finishing, stacking, and dispatch readiness to ensure timely production of precast elements. The role includes monitoring production cycles, resource utilization, productivity, material consumption, dimensional accuracy, and quality compliance while coordinating with planning, QA/QC, batching plant, stores, logistics, and execution teams. The function shall maintain production records, monitor achievement of daily production targets, resolve production constraints, and ensure safe and efficient manufacturing operations to support uninterrupted project execution and timely delivery of precast elements.
