Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Leadership
Lead and manage a portfolio of complex IT projects and strategic programs across Enterprise Applications, Information Security, Data Analytics, AI, and IT Operations.Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, business requirements, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and success metrics.Drive program execution and ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.Establish and manage short-term and long-term program roadmaps and strategic initiatives.Prioritize project and program activities based on business value, risk, and organizational capacity.
Stakeholder & Business Partnership
Partner closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, application teams, and operations teams to align project goals and execution strategies.Facilitate requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution discussions.Communicate program vision, status updates, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to leadership and stakeholders.Support the development of business cases, investment justifications, and executive presentations.
Delivery Management
Apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to ensure successful project delivery.Coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams across multiple geographies.Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation and corrective action plans.Manage project budgets, schedules, scope changes, and resource planning.Drive governance processes and ensure adherence to project management standards and best practices.
Risk, Compliance & Vendor Management
Identify, assess, and communicate project risks and program health to senior leadership.Manage project changes through established review and approval processes.Lead vendor evaluations, selection processes, and ongoing vendor relationships.Support security-focused initiatives, including vulnerability remediation programs and compliance-driven projects.
Continuous Improvement
Drive process improvements, governance enhancements, and project management best practices.Promote consistency in project execution through standardized methodologies, templates, and reporting mechanisms.Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
Experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.10+ years of IT industry experience with progressive responsibility in program and project management.10+ years of experience successfully leading complex enterprise technology projects and programs.Proven experience managing cross-functional and globally distributed teams.Experience delivering programs involving Enterprise Applications, Information Security, Data Analytics, AI, and IT Infrastructure technologies.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Hands-on experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.Knowledge of application security and vulnerability management practices.Familiarity with:Static Application Security Testing (SAST)Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST)Penetration Testing (Pen Testing)Security Vulnerability Remediation ProgramsExperience with ServiceNow implementation or development projects is highly desirable.Understanding of enterprise IT systems, integrations, analytics platforms, and emerging AI technologies.
Project & Program Management Skills
Strong program planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management experience.Ability to develop and manage strategic technology roadmaps.Proven risk management and issue resolution capabilities.Experience with vendor management and third-party partnerships.Strong business analysis and requirements management skills.
