Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Develop Plugins, Custom Workflows, PCF Controls, and integrations.
Implement and support CRM modules based on business requirements.
Work with Azure services, Power Platform, and third-party integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
Participate in Agile development and technical documentation.
