Position Overview

Location: Kia India Pvt., Ltd., Penukonda Mandal, Sri Sathyasai District,

Qualification: Post Graduation Degree in Mass media/ Mass Communication/PR/Engineering

Designation: Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager – Team Member

Reporting To: Head of Section [Corporate Affairs]

Function: Public Relations

Experience: 3–8 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Media Relations, or Community Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Visibility & OOH Initiatives: Support the planning and execution of Out-of-Home (OOH) initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, presence, and recall across relevant markets.

Media & PR Support: Assist in developing and executing media campaigns, press releases, media communications, and PR initiatives aligned with the organization’s brand and corporate reputation objectives.

Corporate Communication & Visitor Engagement: Lead the coordination of Kia India introduction presentations, PR Lobby tours, factory visits, and stakeholder visits, ensuring a professional and engaging brand experience.

Stakeholder & Community Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local leaders, village representatives, community influencers, and other key stakeholders in and around the plant region.

Corporate Reputation & Local Outreach: Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the organization’s corporate reputation, local goodwill, and stakeholder confidence within the plant community and surrounding region.

PR Lobby & Communication Assets: Oversee the maintenance, content updates, and visual presentation of PR Lobby screen displays to ensure timely and consistent communication of corporate and brand messaging.

Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal functions, agencies, media partners, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of communication, PR, and community initiatives.

Event & Visit Management: Support the end-to-end coordination of VIP, media, government, community, and stakeholder visits, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to corporate standards.

Brand & Corporate Communication Excellence: Ensure all communication touchpoints and stakeholder interactions consistently reflect Kia India’s brand values, corporate identity, and commitment to the community.

Preferred Qualifications

PG in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Any Bachelor’s degree but preferred in Mass Communication, Journalism from a recognized university.
Prior experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or corporate sector is preferred.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, presentation development, and communication tools.
Exposure to media relations, CSR, community engagement, and stakeholder management will be an added advantage.
