The Fraud Investigation team looks into suspicious activities, connects the dots, and helps protect our customers and business from financial fraud. If you naturally notice when something doesn’t add up, enjoy solving problems, spotting patterns, and talking to people, you might just fit right in.

About the Role

We are looking for a curious, sharp and proactive fresher to join our Fraud Investigation team.

You don’t need prior experience in fraud or fintech. What matters is your ability to think logically, investigate problems, pay attention to details, make decisions and communicate clearly.

You’ll work in a fast-paced startup environment where every day brings a new problem to solve. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, learning quickly and figuring things out.

What You Will Do :

• Investigate suspicious transactions, activities and customer cases.
• Review fraud alerts and incidents received through different channels.
• Gather and analyse relevant information to understand what happened.
• Identify unusual patterns, behaviours and potential fraud risks.
• Take timely action on cases based on defined processes and guidelines.
• Prepare clear and accurate investigation reports.
• Work closely with Analytics, Product, Operations and other teams.
• Share observations and insights that can help improve fraud detection.
• Suggest ways to make investigation processes faster and more effective.
• Continuously learn about new fraud trends, techniques and investigation methods.

What you will need :

• 0–1 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking.
• Good attention to detail and curiosity to dig deeper.
• Comfortable making decisions based on available information.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of computers and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Someone who takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
• Street-smart, observant and good at connecting the dots.
