Role Description The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik and is responsible for providing continuous medical support to guests and team members. The RMO will conduct initial assessments, routine check-ups, and follow-up consultations, while coordinating closely with Ayurveda, naturopathy, yoga, and nutrition professionals to ensure integrated care plans. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring guest health status, managing medical records, handling minor emergencies, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards. The RMO will also educate guests on preventive health, wellness therapies, and lifestyle modifications, and provide clear documentation and communication with senior medical consultants when required. Participation in multidisciplinary case discussions, health talks, and quality improvement initiatives is expected.

Qualifications

  • Relevant medical qualification (BAMS/ BNYS, MBBS or equivalent) with valid registration from the appropriate medical council.
  • Experience as a Resident Medical Officer or in a similar clinical role, preferably in a hospital, wellness center, or resort setting.
  • Working knowledge of general medicine, emergency management of common conditions, and routine outpatient care.
  • Interest in or exposure to integrative medicine, including Ayurveda, naturopathy, yoga-based therapies, and nutrition-focused care.
  • Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and case management skills, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact sensitively with diverse guests and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work in a rotational or extended duty schedule as required to ensure continuous medical coverage.
  • Proficiency in basic computer usage and electronic medical records is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in English and at least one regional language (such as Hindi or Marathi) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, ethical practice, and a wellness-oriented lifestyle.
