We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, speaking with potential customers, explaining company services, answering basic queries, generating leads, and following up with interested candidates or customers. You will maintain accurate call records, update lead information, and work toward daily and monthly communication targets.

The ideal candidate should have good verbal communication skills, a polite and professional attitude, and the ability to build a positive conversation over the phone. Freshers are welcome to apply, and prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation will be an added advantage. Basic knowledge of smartphones, calling applications, and data entry is preferred.

This role requires regular follow-ups, active listening, patience, and a willingness to learn. Training and guidance will be provided to suitable candidates. Candidates who are target-oriented, punctual, responsible, and comfortable communicating with different people are encouraged to apply.
