As a Software Engineer - ERP, you will be responsible for...
- Application Development: Partnering with design and developing high-quality applications in SAP Functional modules COM/FIN/OPERATIONS.
- Automation: Applying internal software deployment platform, methodologies, and tools to automate the deployment process, ensuring smooth and reliable releases.
- Collaboration: Partnering with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, vendors, and other engineers to gather moderately complex requirements and delivering solutions that meet business needs.
- Testing & Debugging: Writing and maintaining moderately complex unit tests and integration tests, and performs debugging to maintain the quality and performance of the software.
- Continuous Improvement: Making suggestions for improving deployment processes and implements approved standards to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Documentation: Drafting and maintaining comprehensive documentation for moderately complex software applications, deployment processes, and system configurations.
- Technical Support: Providing technical support and troubleshooting for moderately complex issues with deployed applications to ensure minimal downtime and fast resolution.
- Configuration: Configuring, troubleshooting, and solutioning SAP Functional modules.
- Service Management: Looking for continuous improvement opportunities in Incident and Service Request processes based on trend analysis.
- ITSM: ServiceNow support, including process definitions and reporting, including developing and designing reports. Leading process implementation and governance across all ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, etc.
- Vendor Governance: Monitoring and governing all performance metrics of Managed Services Partners.
What you already have...
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of total IT work experience with roughly 5+ years of relevant hands-on SAP/ERP and configuration experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Certifications: ITIL certification is preferred for service management and process governance.
