Associate Product Specialist (Analyst)– Product Management and Operations

Work you’ll do
You will support the deployment, operations, adoption, and continuous improvement of third-party Tax & Legal products across Member Firms by partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership. You will contribute across three areas: support coordination, enablement, and technical product support.
This role will help manage user requests, support configuration and operational activities, develop training and documentation, and improve adoption through structured user support. Over time, the role is expected to build capability in workflow-based tools, logic-driven configuration, automation, and emerging AI-enabled platform features.
Key Responsibilities
Support coordination
- Manage user queries, issue triage, and follow-through for supported products and services.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues and support day-to-day platform operations.
- Track support requests, recurring issues, and operational actions to improve responsiveness and consistency.
- Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and templates to support visibility and consistency in operations.
- Support adoption of the products across geographies to help expand the product footprint.
- Assist with training sessions, webinars, office hours, and other user enablement activities.
- Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, job aids, and process documentation.
- Support use case curation and help users understand product capabilities and best practices.
- Build functional/power-user knowledge of supported platforms and assist with configuration, user provisioning, access management, and platform maintenance.
- Understand the AI-features of the products end to end and leverage them to build business solutions.
- Support logic-based setups and workflow-related activities under guidance, including use of rules, conditions, and logical operators.
- Help translate business requirements into structured configurations and repeatable support solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues related to configuration, logic execution, and workflow behavior, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Build familiarity over time with automation, agent-based capabilities, and other AI-enabled platform features.
- Learn quickly and work effectively under guidance, building toward greater independence over time.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.

Required
- Educational qualification: BSC, B.E, B.Tech or MCA .
- 1–3 years of experience in product operations, product support, document automation, platform support, or related roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly and build functional knowledge of third-party platforms.
- Experience with user support, issue triage, and operational coordination.
- Ability to gather requirements, create documentation, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of product lifecycle, project management fundamentals, and delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Basic knowledge of AD groups, service accounts, and external data connections.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment.
- Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms, workflow builders, automation tools, or agent/copilot-style products.
- Experience building, testing, supporting, or refining agents, copilots, or AI-enabled workflows.
- Exposure to training delivery, webinars, office hours, user enablement, dashboards, reporting, or knowledge management.
- [Optional]Experience supporting Legal Hub or Legora or Pagero or Contract Express or similar document automation, CLM, workflow, or configuration-heavy platforms.
- Experience with Thomson Reuters tools such as Contract Express and HighQ, or similar document automation, CLM, workflow, or configuration-heavy platforms.
- Exposure to application configuration, low-code/no-code tools, workflow tools, or automation platforms.
- Experience supporting training, webinars, documentation, or user adoption efforts.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, reporting, dashboards, or knowledge management.
