Job Description
The SBAPL_Dispatch Supervisor, designated as a Junior Officer, plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless dispatch of products. This position requires a professional with 5 to 8 years of experience in logistics and dispatch management. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating with production, warehouse, and transportation teams to guarantee efficient operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. The role demands expertise in logistics operations management, process optimization, risk management, and ERP systems. The successful candidate will possess strong entrepreneurial skills, business acumen, a global mindset, and a commitment to people excellence. Additionally, the role involves managing vendor relationships, coordinating logistics, and conducting audits to maintain operational integrity. The Dispatch Supervisor will be instrumental in driving process improvements and fostering a culture of excellence within the dispatch department.
Responsibility
Supervise the daily operations of the dispatch department ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with company standardsbrCoordinate the scheduling of deliveries and pickups working closely with internal teams to optimize routes and minimize delaysbrMonitor the progress of each delivery proactively addressing any issues or delays to ensure customer satisfaction and operational continuitybrMaintain accurate records and documentation of all dispatch activities ensuring transparency and accountability in all processesbrCollaborate with production warehouse and transportation teams to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiencybrImplement and uphold best practices in dispatch management fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellencebrLead and mentor the dispatch team promoting a highperformance culture and encouraging professional development
