An L1 Hardware Engineer (Desktop, Laptop, Printer) provides first-line technical support by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing end-user computing hardware, setting up peripherals, and logging support tickets to ensure minimal downtime for employees.

Test hardware components individually and in conjunction with external systems.

Analyze system data to implement hardware configuration changes.

Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot hardware defects.

Provide technical support and resolve hardware-related issues.

Ensure existing computer equipment is up to date.

Conduct functionality and performance testing of final hardware products.

Create specifications and documentation for components and full systems.

Stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate them into existing systems
