E-Commerce Operations Executive _Shopify & Retention

Our e-commerce business runs on Shopify and sits at the intersection of products, merchandising, marketing, CRM, performance marketing, content, and technology.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being inside the engine.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can make sure products are correctly catalogued, collections remain fresh, campaigns launch correctly, CRM messages go out accurately, promotions work as intended, and the website is always commercially ready.

You will work closely with E-Commerce, Marketing, Merchandising, CRM, Design, Performance Marketing and Tech.

• % of new products completely catalogued before launch
• Cataloguing accuracy and reduction in product-data errors
• On-time campaign and promotion launches
• Accuracy of discounts, pricing, UTMs and campaign configurations
• CRM campaign execution accuracy and timeliness
• Website merchandising freshness
• Reduction in broken links, missing assets and incorrect PDP information
• Turnaround time for website updates
• Shopify collection and promotional hygiene
• Quality of pre-launch and post-launch QA
• Accuracy and completeness of campaign reporting

You’re a Great Fit If You

• Have 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, Shopify operations, D2C or digital commerce.
• Have hands-on experience using Shopify Admin.
• Understand products, variants, collections, tags, discounts and basic merchandising.
• Are extremely detail oriented.
• Are comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Can manage many small operational tasks without things slipping through.
• Understand the basics of e-commerce funnels and conversion.
• Can coordinate with designers, marketers, merchandisers and developers.
• Are comfortable learning CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Move quickly while maintaining accuracy.
