Performance Marketing Specialist — Novel Group | Mysuru

Novel Group is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace ads .

What you'll do

• Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta & marketplace ad platforms
• Own ROAS/CAC across 4 brands and a growing SKU portfolio
• Report performance daily and course-correct fast

What we need

• 3–5 years in performance/paid marketing (FMCG/D2C/e-commerce preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace ad consoles
• Comfortable owning numbers, not just running campaigns
• Location: Full-time, in-office at our Mysuru head office. (Only candidates based in or willing to relocate to Mysuru, please apply.)
