Social Media Accounts Manager

Salary: 12,000 to 18,000 per month (1,44,000 to 2,16,000 per year)

GAJAN Group Holdings is a holding company with eleven businesses across commerce, software and services, with entities in Mohali and Toronto. Four e-commerce brands, a music label, and a services business. The team is small. The work is real. Everyone here owns their function outright.

WHAT THIS JOB IS

You will run social media at scale: hundreds of accounts across our portfolio, operated through our AI content engine and scheduling systems. This is not a role where you hand-write every post. The machine generates and schedules; you run the machine: batch operations, quality spot-checks, account health monitoring, community triage, and catching problems before they spread. A small set of flagship brand accounts gets your personal hand. The person who succeeds here thinks in systems and checklists.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Operate posting across hundreds of accounts through our AI content engine and scheduling tools: batch, schedule, publish, verify

- Run daily spot-check QA: sample accounts, catch broken posts, wrong captions, dead links and off-brand output before customers do

- Monitor account health at scale: flag bans, restrictions, follower anomalies and engagement drops from dashboards, not by opening accounts one by one

- Triage community activity: route DMs and comments that need a human to the right person, handle the rest with templates

- Hand-run the small set of flagship brand accounts that get personal attention: calendar, captions, reels coordination

- Report weekly in numbers: accounts healthy, posts shipped, failures caught, engagement trends across the portfolio

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 1 to 3 years managing social accounts, and comfort with the idea of hundreds of them: this role is operations, not artistry

- You have used scheduling and automation tools: Buffer, Later, Metricool, Publer or similar, and can learn ours fast

- Process discipline: checklists, batches and spreadsheets are how you naturally work

- Strong written English for captions and replies, plus Hindi for community management

- You catch small errors fast: a wrong link or a broken caption jumps out at you

- Based in India, working IST hours

Bonus points for having run multiple accounts at once anywhere, spreadsheet skill, basic Canva or CapCut, experience with AI content tools, or having built a posting checklist someone else could follow.
