Position: Project Coordinator – Telemedicine Project(s)

  • Organization: Neurosynaptic Communications Pvt. Ltd. (NCPL)
  • Location: Kendrapara, Odisha (Preference for local candidates with own two-wheeler. Projects can be anywhere within the State and the candidate but must be willing relocate to project region if required)
  • Reporting To: Project Manager / Program Lead
  • Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month


About the Project(s)

NCPL works to operationalize Technology-enabled primary healthcare initiatives that leverage telemedicine to connect underserved communities with qualified doctors, supported by point-of-care diagnostics, digital health tools, and trained on-ground healthcare staff. This includes Health Clinics as well as Field Activities like Health Camps and Awareness in the project region.


Role Purpose

The Project Coordinator will drive establishment, operations, utilization, and growth of clinics and associated promotional activities in the project region. This is a target-oriented, field-intensive role focused on managing day-to-day operations, staff, increasing patient footfall, satisfying customers, organizing and overseeing various field activities, and building partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

1. Managing multiple Clinic Operations and Staff; Teleconsultation & Service Delivery Operations

2. Driving Footfall targets (Core Focus)

3. Outreach activities and referral networks activation; Community Engagement

4. Establishing and Developing Partnerships

5. Accurate periodic Reporting to the Management


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)
  • 4–5 years of field experience in one or more of - Pharma / FMCG sales and marketing
  • Language: Odia, English language communication competency must.
  • Exposure to telemedicine / digital health / Rural healthcare programs is an added advantage

  • Ability to work independently in field settings
  • Willingness to travel extensively
