The Opportunity
We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Project Coordinator to join our Infrastructure Solutions Team.
This role serves as a key interface between clients, sales teams, technical specialists, vendors, and delivery teams. You'll be responsible for coordinating the successful delivery of small to medium-scale infrastructure and technology projects, ensuring agreed scope, quality, timelines, and budget objectives are achieved.
You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate resources, manage project administration activities, support billing processes, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience from project initiation through to completion.
What you'll be working on
Depending on project requirements, your work may include:
- Coordinating the delivery of small to medium-scale infrastructure and technology projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives are achieved
- Working closely with clients, technical specialists, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage project schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables
- Maintaining project plans, documentation, reporting, and administration activities through ConnectWise and other project management tools
- Facilitating project meetings and providing regular updates to ensure stakeholders remain informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle
- Reviewing project deliverables, supporting project billing activities, and ensuring successful project handover and closure
You’ll play a key role in keeping projects on track, supporting delivery teams, and ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience from project commencement through to completion.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience within the IT industry, ideally in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar role
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Experience supporting the successful delivery of multiple technology projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience using Microsoft Project and ConnectWise, or similar project and service management platforms
