Location: Vatva - Station Road, Ahmedabad
Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries, product development, sampling, costing, order confirmation and approval follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain product specifications, measurement charts, BOMs, tech packs, colourways, artwork references and order files.
- Use Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW to review, edit and prepare garment sketches, branding artwork, print or embroidery placements, labels and presentation material.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams on samples, fabrics, trims, accessories, branding, packaging and delivery requirements.
- Work closely with CAD, design, sampling, purchase, stores, production, quality and dispatch teams to keep orders on schedule.
- Track approvals, material readiness, production status, quality requirements and shipment or dispatch timelines.
- Identify potential delays or specification gaps early and coordinate corrective action.
- Maintain accurate item, BOM, sample, order and communication records in ERPNext or related systems.
- Support costing, consumption review, supplier follow-up and commercial documentation where required.
- Ensure final products comply with approved specifications, customer requirements and workmanship standards.
Required skills and experience
- Proven experience in apparel / garment merchandising.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, measurements, BOMs, tech packs and production processes.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, priorities, approvals and timelines with accurate documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication, customer coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with export orders will be an advantage.
- Experience using ERP system will be preferred.
