About the Role

Looking for a Marketing Operations (Marketing Ops) professional with 2–3 years of experience to build, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows that improve lead nurturing, customer engagement, and overall marketing efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, API integrations, and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain marketing automation workflows using Zoho CRM, Zapier, Pabbly, and n8n.
• Integrate multiple applications and automate business processes using APIs and webhooks.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and customer segmentation.
• Create and customize HTML email templates and landing pages.
• Work with JSON for API integrations and data exchange.
• Manage lead routing, lead scoring, and CRM automation.
• Build automated workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
• Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot workflow failures.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy, hygiene, and synchronization across platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest automation tools and AI-powered workflow solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, or CRM Automation.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zapier, Pabbly, and n8n.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Good knowledge of SQL, HTML, and JSON.
• Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
