Founding Engineer

We're looking for a builder.

Inverix is building the digital trust infrastructure for India's contract workforce ecosystem. We're now moving from idea validation into execution and are looking for our first core technology hire.

This isn't a conventional application form. We're less interested in a polished CV and more interested in what you've actually built, the problems you've solved, and how you think.

The role involves working directly with the founders, making early architecture and product decisions, and writing a significant amount of production code yourself before eventually helping build the engineering team.

Please be specific about what YOU personally built and the decisions YOU made. The application should take around 10–15 minutes.
