TCS hiring for Technical Support - Apigee

Experience: 3-7 Years

Location: Chennai / Gandhinagar and Indore

Job responsibilities include but not limited to –

Job Requirements*

3 to 7 + Years of experience in Apigee Support and API Management.

• Experience in API management with Apigee Edge, Apigee X and Apigee Hybrid.
• Monitor, Troubleshoot, and debug issues on API gateway platforms.
• Exposure in Managing and maintaining Linux systems in cloud environments

(e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Key Responsibilities*

IT experience in Support role Linux , Networking and API Management Java,with Apigee Edge, Apigee X and Apigee Hybrid.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for finding innovative solutions to technical challenges
• Monitor, Troubleshoot, and debug issues on API gateway platforms.
• Identifying, resolving technical issues, and diagnosing the root cause of

technical problems, whether hardware, software, or network-related

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex APIGEE-related issues.
• Excellent communication and interperson skills

Minimum Qualification:

Eligibility:

Minimum 15 years of education (10th + 12th + Graduation)

BE / BTech / MCA / MSc / MS

Minimum 4+ years of relevant IT experience
