Roles & Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will be engaged in both strategic and operational work.
• You will drive initiatives that enhance External Operations’ contributions to the TRATON R&D Group’s development roadmap, ensuring that strategies are translated into actionable plans.
• Responsibilities may include developing and improving processes, managing the annual planning cycle, and creating tools or dashboards to enable data-driven decisions in workforce and capability planning.
• The role may also involve facilitating leadership meetings, distilling complex strategies into actionable next steps, and producing communication materials that foster alignment across the organization.
• We seek a candidate who is inquisitive, analytical, and capable of maintaining a broad perspective while ensuring practical, effective execution.
• Success in this role is likely supported by experience in change management, business development, or strategic functions within a global setting.
• You are a problem-solver and can easily come with ideas on how to navigate your way forward in uncertainty.
• You understand how the pieces of a puzzles fit together. A background in engineering, especially with an interest in capability or procurement topics, is a plus.
• You are a strong communicator, adept at choosing the right words and formats, simplifying complex information, and aligning senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
