Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced FICO Blaze / Decision Management Developer with strong expertise in FICO Decision Management solutions, rule development, decision flows, and decision strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with FICO DMP, FICO PLOR, FICO Blaze and/or FICO OMDM, along with a good understanding of business rules and decision automation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and maintain business rules and decision management solutions using FICO Blaze / FICO DMP / FICO PLOR / FICO OMDM.

Perform rule harvesting from existing applications and business processes.

Design and develop decision flows, decision tables, decision trees, strategies, functions, and services.

Author, maintain, and optimize business rules based on functional and business requirements.

Develop and execute rule test cases and support defect resolution.

Work closely with business analysts, architects, developers, and domain teams to translate business requirements into decision logic.

Develop and integrate decision services using REST APIs and related technologies.

Support rule deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and production implementation.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions within defined timelines.

Maintain technical and functional documentation using Confluence, Jira, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Mandatory Skills

4-6 years of experience in FICO Blaze / FICO Decision Management.

Strong hands-on experience with one or more of:

FICO DMP

FICO PLOR

FICO Blaze

FICO OMDM

Strong understanding of:

Rule Harvesting

Decision Flow Design

Decision Table Authoring

Decision Tree Strategies

Functions and Services

Good hands-on experience with Groovy, SRL, PLOR, and REST APIs.

Strong experience in rule testing and test-case execution.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good understanding of Banking / Financial Services / Telecom domains.
