Senior Manager - Total RewardsThe Senior Manager – Total Rewards will be responsible for the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of employee benefits, global mobility programs, and long-term incentive (LTI) plans across the organization. The role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, governance, employee experience, and stakeholder management across domestic and international locations.
The incumbent will partner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Secretarial, Payroll, Tax, and external service providers to administer employee benefit programs, manage global mobility processes, and oversee the end-to-end administration of ESOP plans. The role also supports Total Rewards strategy through analytics, process improvements, benchmarking, and policy development.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Master's degree/MBA preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CA, Global Mobility, Compensation & Benefits or related certifications will be an advantage.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Benefits, Global Mobility and LTI administration.
- Experience in administering employee stock plans within a listed organization.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits, mobility practices, compensation governance, and reward operations.
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws, taxation, SEBI regulations, Companies Act, FEMA/RBI guidelines, and international mobility compliance.
- Experience working with stock transfer agents, trustees, payroll, finance, and legal teams.
- Exposure to HRIS, Benefits Administration, ESOP administration platforms, and HR analytics.
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information.
- Experience in managing a team, directly or indirectly.
- Liaising: Networking and relationship-building with external stakeholders.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Analytical Thinking: Proficient in risk assessment and problem-solving.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with online ESOP administration tool.

oManage end-to-end administration of employee benefits across all business units.
oAdminister medical insurance, life insurance, accident insurance, wellness, retirement, and other employee benefit programs.
oPartner with brokers and insurance providers during renewals, negotiations, claims management, and policy enhancements.
oDrive annual benefits enrolment, employee communication, and policy awareness.
oBenchmark market practices and recommend competitive benefit enhancements.
oMonitor benefit utilization, cost optimization, and employee experience metrics.
oEnsure benefit programs comply with statutory and organizational requirements.
OGlobal Mobility
oUnderstand and streamline the global mobility practices across business and entities.
oManage mobility processes for international assignments, transfers, secondments, and short-term business travel.
oUnderstand and support immigration, visa, work permits, relocation, tax, payroll, and social security requirements through internal and external partners.
oPartner with tax consultants to ensure mobility tax compliance and assignment cost management.
oDevelop and maintain global mobility policies and governance frameworks.
oPartner with Site HRs for expatriate onboarding, assignment lifecycle management, and repatriation processes.
OESOP Administration
oAdminister end-to-end ESOP plan for the organisation, including plan documentation, grants, vesting, exercises, forfeitures, settlements, and reporting.
oCoordinate and support overseas ESOP processes, including PAN application, Demat account opening, remittance documentation, and tax compliance for international employees.
oMaintain accurate records and support annual grant cycles in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
OESOP Governance, Employee Communication & Compliance
oAdminister ESOP Trust activities, including share allocation, fund management, reconciliations, and record maintenance.
oDevelop employee communications, FAQs, training sessions, and provide support for benefits, mobility, and equity-related queries.
oEnsure compliance with applicable regulations, including SEBI, Companies Act, FEMA, RBI, labour laws, and tax requirements, while coordinating regulatory filings and maintaining governance standards.
OFinance, Secretarial, Vendor Management & Analytics
oPartner with Finance, Secretarial, Legal, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure accurate accounting, Board and committee approvals, statutory filings, audits, and smooth administration of Total Rewards programs.
oManage relationships with benefit providers, mobility partners, ESOP administrators, trustees, brokers, and consultants, ensuring service excellence and continuous process improvement.
oPrepare dashboards, reports, and analytics on benefits, mobility, and ESOP plans to support budgeting, compliance, leadership decision-making, and operational efficiency.
