Role Overview
The position of a System Administrator - HRIS (Human Resource Information System), particularly with expertise in Darwin box, typically involves a range of responsibilities related to providing technical support and assistance to users of the HRIS platform within an organization.
Your Impact On The Mission
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance and support to users of the HRIS platform, with a focus on Darwin box.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to system functionality, access, and performance.
- Respond to user inquiries via various channels such as email, phone, or ticketing system.
- Training and Onboarding:
- Conduct training sessions for new users to familiarize them with the features and functionalities of Darwin box.
- Assist in onboarding new employees onto the HRIS platform, ensuring smooth transition and user adoption.
- System Maintenance:
- Collaborate with the IT team or vendors to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the HRIS system.
- Perform periodic system upgrades, patches, and updates as required.
- Data Management:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data stored within the HRIS system.
- Assist in data migration projects and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain documentation such as user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for the HRIS platform.
- Generate and analyze reports from Darwin box to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- User Support and Feedback:
- Act as a point of contact for users, addressing their concerns and providing timely resolutions.
- Gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement in the HRIS platform and processes.
- Compliance and Security:
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal security policies in the handling of HRIS data.
- Monitor system access and permissions to safeguard sensitive information.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role providing support for HRIS platforms, preferably with expertise in Darwinbox.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices is advantageous.
